Shipping & Local Delivery / Pick ups

PICK UP: If you wish to pick up your order you can choose the "pick up" option at the checkout. Once your order is ready to be picked up you will receive an email stating that "your order is on the way" ignore this as you will receive a following email with pick up instructions. Orders are typically ready the day of or the following day the order is placed. Please note that you will be picking up your order at a personal address & this is not a store front. The area our pick up location is in the east end of St.John’s, NL just off Elizabeth ave. If you are eager to receive your package or have any questions on pick ups, please contact me via instagram or email me at I will do my best to organize a way for you to receive it. Please bare with me as I do not check my messages during my day time work hours. I will do my best to accommodate you as best I can. Thank you for your understanding & support! 

LOCAL DELIVERY: Deliveries are every WEDNESDAY from 12pm - 8pm & have a fee of $5. If you could put a description of where you would like your order placed (i.e. in mailbox, behind shovel on porch etc.) please leave that information in the delivery instructions. This helps make sure you retrieve your parcel safely & securely. Please note that delivery days may change during long weekends or holidays. We will be in touch with you personally if anything changes regarding delivery times. If you do not see this option at the checkout - this means you are outside the St. John's area and do not qualify for the delivery radius. If this is the case, and you wish to have your parcel delivered, please contact us at We will do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you.

SHIPPING: Shipments get sent out every Thursday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email on when your package has been sent on our end. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID 19 and the Christmas Holidays, there will be some delays. Our shipping provider is Canada Post & we have been informed that delays at this time are normal. Once the parcel is out of our hands it is not our responsibility. This being said; we will do everything we can to accommodate you if there are any shipping issues. But please be patient and to expect some delays.

PRE ORDERS: If you have selected a pre order item, you will receive an email once your product is ready to be delivered, picked up, or shipped. If you are curious on production times, please check the product description on that specific product or our "Pre Orders" page located on the main menu
